Capping Machine Application:

This capping machine is designed for handling plastic screw cap, snap hinge cap, click-loc cap and flex band cap for round/flat/ oval/ square shape containers. The Number of capping head can be customer-made according to speed requirement. 

Capping Machine Features:

1. Machine main construction by Stainless Steel #304.

2. Capping speed and capping time adjustable.

3. Capping head (for one size only) with variable speed AC motor.

4. Fast changeover device and easy machine cleaning

Capping Machine Option:

1. Automatic Cap Feeder and Inserter (for one cap size)
